Welcome to VodVisor. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

VodVisor provides AI-powered VOD (video-on-demand) reviews and feedback for gamers. Users may upload game VODs, receive AI-generated feedback, and access clips highlighting gameplay mistakes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VodVisor. If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

• Users may purchase credits or subscribe to plans which provide monthly credit allocations.
• Credits may be used to submit VODs for AI review.
• Unused credits do not get refunded
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. AI Feedback Disclaimer

• Feedback is generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate.
• VodVisor is not liable for in-game performance or outcomes based on our feedback.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform.
• Use VodVisor for commercial resale without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

• VodVisor retains ownership of all platform content, branding, and AI models.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded videos, but grant VodVisor a limited license to use them for review and internal training purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

VodVisor is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Affiliate Program Terms

If you participate in VodVisor's affiliate program, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility: You must be approved by VodVisor to become an affiliate.
• Referral Tracking: Referrals are tracked via unique referral codes. VodVisor is not responsible for untracked referrals due to cookie deletion, ad blockers, or user behavior.
• Payouts:
  • Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month, provided the affiliate has submitted a payout request.
  • A minimum payout threshold of $40 applies.
• Commission Structure:
  • Tier 1: 20% of first month's subscription (10% for annual)
  • Tier 2: 25% of first month (15% annual) – unlocked at 20 referrals
  • Tier 3: 30% of first month (20% annual) – unlocked at 50 referrals. Tier 3 codes also grant 20% off to the referred user.
• Prohibited Behavior:
  • No spam, misleading claims, impersonation of VodVisor, or unethical marketing tactics.
  • Affiliates found abusing the system or engaging in fraud will be terminated.
• Termination: VodVisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates at any time for policy violations or suspected abuse.
• Modifications: VodVisor may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
